About Our Facility

An Integrated Hub for Malaysia’s Premium Fruit Supply

Situated on a 12.5-hectare site in Lanchang, Pahang, our Collection, Processing and Packaging Centre (CPPC) is a state-of-the-art facility built with an investment of RM17 million. Spanning over 50,000 sq ft, the facility is designed to support and elevate fruit growers within the Permanent Food Production Park (Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan, TKPM).

The CPPC is owned by Malaysian AgriFood Corporation Berhad (MAFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, and operated by Sunfresh Fruit Hub Sdn Bhd through a strategic integrated supply chain collaboration.

Serving Malaysia’s Key Fruit-Growing Regions

Our facility provides comprehensive post-harvest services to growers across a 50 km radius from Lanchang, including:

• Temerloh
• Bentong
• Bukit Tinggi

This strategic location enables efficient aggregation, processing, and distribution of high-quality fruits from one of Malaysia’s most important agricultural zones.
