SunFresh Fruit Hub @ Lanchang is a Malaysian fruit processing and food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality tropical fruit products. We source our raw materials directly from the Permanent Food Production Park, or Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM), in Lanchang, Pahang—one of the country’s key agricultural hubs.

Operated by SunFresh Fruit Hub Sdn. Bhd., the venture is supported by Malaysian AgriFood Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a member company of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Malaysia.

The TKPM Lanchang Food Production Park was officially launched in 2009 by former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi, as part of a national initiative to strengthen food security. Today, SunFresh Fruit Hub plays an integral role within this ecosystem—collecting, processing, packaging, and supplying fresh fruits and fruit-based ingredients to trade buyers, while also providing OEM manufacturing services for both domestic and international markets.

Collection, Processing & Packaging Centre (CPPC)

Situated on a 12.5-hectare site and built with an investment of RM17 million, our 50,000 sq ft state-of-the-art CPPC serves as a central hub for post-harvest handling and processing. It supports fruit growers across 3,500 hectares of orchard land within TKPM, as well as farms within a 50 km radius—including Raub, Sungai Ruan, Mentakab, Maran, Temerloh, Bentong, and Bukit Tinggi—forming one of the largest fruit-producing regions in Malaysia.

Designed to meet international standards, the CPPC is built to comply with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and MESTI certifications, supporting exports to key global markets such as Singapore, Japan, the EU, the US, the UK, and the Middle East. The facility is currently undergoing reactivation and preparation to meet full global compliance standards.
